Live chat and coverage hours
Live chat is the fastest way to talk to us in real time. When it’s available, you’ll see the “Start live chat” button at the top of this page.
- Standard coverage: 08:00–18:00 Monday–Friday (New Zealand time).
- Partner and MSP requests are prioritised during coverage hours.
- If chat is offline, you can still submit a ticket and we’ll reply by email.
For urgent platform-wide incidents, always check the status page first. We post real-time updates there and link to relevant help articles when available.
